Refund Policy
At backpackd, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your items, our Return Policy outlines the process for returning products and what you need to know to receive a replacement.
We offer refunds only when we are at fault. Here’s when refunds may be issued:
a. Order Delays:
If your order is delayed and shows no tracking information, remains pending, or expires beyond the following timeframes:
- 60 days from the shipping date (Global)
- 45 days for U.S. orders
- 110 days for Brazil orders
We will either:
- Resend the product; or
- Issue a refund at our discretion.
b. Delivered Orders:
Refunds will not be processed if tracking indicates the order was delivered. If you did not receive the package, we will require a non-delivery certification from the carrier or postal authority to process your claim.
c. Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, we will issue either a full refund or replacement. Please report damaged items here within 30 days of delivery and submit photo or video evidence of the damage.
d. Incorrect or Missing Products:
If the products you receive are incorrect or missing, we will issue a full refund or replacement. Please provide photo or video evidence of the incorrect or missing items within the applicable timeframe.
e. Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order for a full refund only before processing or shipping..
f. Refund Eligibility Window:
Refunds or replacements are only possible for orders made within 90 days prior to the refund request. Orders older than 90 days are automatically ineligible for refunds or replacements, regardless of the reason.
